If you have already bought

Please include the email address you bought with and your licence key. It looks like this:

It is in your order email, and on the page you saw straight after paying. Between the two we can see exactly what you bought and when, which usually means we can fix things in one reply instead of three.

If something is not working, or you are stuck

Tell us what you were trying to do, what you did, and what happened instead. Screenshots help more than anything else, so send them if you can. We will do our best to get it working with you, and we will come back to you as quickly as we can.
