- It works inside the tools you already run on. Gmail, Google Calendar and Drive. Outlook and its calendar, on a business Microsoft 365 account. Xero, Dropbox, Canva and WordPress.com. Xero and WordPress are read-only, so your AI can see them and not change them. Anthropic publishes the full list of connectors, so check yours are on it before you buy.
- The routine parts go on a schedule. A weekly sweep of who to follow up, a fortnightly check on your progress. Your machine needs to be on.
What you control
You stay in control. Nothing leaves without you.
It drafts, you send. Nothing goes out unless you say so, and it never touches money - no transfers, no card details, no bank access, and it does not want any.
You choose which files and folders it can open, and which tools it may connect to.
You pay once to download it, and whatever you build is yours. Nothing renews, and the files are plain text that never expire.
Nothing reports back. The kit is a folder on your computer, and we never see your Claude conversations or your files. The only exception is for Working Sessions in the K3 package, where you send me material yourself and I tell you exactly what I hold.

An interview, then a written report on where AI will add the most value in your business, and what to build first.
The interview. About an hour, in one sitting or two. Fifteen questions in four parts, asked one at a time by your own Executive Assistant, in plain English. Where the work goes. What you have tried before that did not stick. What you would never hand over. What has to go right over the next six months.
The report
A file called My Plan.md in your folder, which your AI reads from then on whenever the question is what next
. Seven parts:
1What we heard. Your business and your priorities, played back, so you can tell it was listened to
2Where the time and money go. What is eating the week, and what it is costing, using your own figures
3Your team, in order. Your Executive Assistant first, and what it is pointed at first for your business. Then second, third and fourth, each with the reason drawn from something you said
4What each one takes off you first. Three concrete first jobs per role, named from your own week. If a job could appear in anyone else's plan, it comes out
5What stays with you. Your own version of the lines you will not cross
6What to do next. One thing to build and one thing to check, no further than a fortnight, and your own three-month test in your own words
7What we could not work out. Honest, and short. This is the part that makes the rest of it trustworthy
Every recommendation traces to something you said. Anything it could not establish is written down as a gap rather than filled in.

The Kit, Your Plan and Your Sessions

The shape is different
This one we build your plan with you and check in on your progress as you go.
The first session. Forty-five minutes with Adam McEnaney. A short piece of pre-work comes first, so the time goes on your business rather than the basics. Then mostly it is you talking: how you ended up running this, what the work is really like, the bit you enjoy least, where you think money is going out that should not be and what you want to be able to point at in three months.
What comes back, inside a day
A written document:
- What he heard, and where your time and money go
- Which roles to build and in what order, and what each one takes off you first
- What stays with you and what to do in the next fortnight
- The reasoning beside every call, so you can challenge it
- Files that drop straight into the folder you already have, so your team reads them from then on
- The call written up too, so nothing said is lost
The second session, when it feels right for you
- Take it once your Executive Assistant is running and you have hit something
- Not another plan: getting past whatever you got stuck on, with somebody in the room
- You do the typing. That is deliberate: knowing how it was done is the part you paid for
- You have twelve months from the day your plan lands

The detail.
- You will complete around 25 milestones to build your AI team in typically 4 to 6 weeks. Go at your own pace. Stop after any section and come back to it. Nothing is lost.
