Build My AI Team

Last updated: 17 July 2026

Plain-English summary

You are buying a downloadable guided method that teaches you how to build an AI team on Claude. It is educational material, not software and not a Claude subscription. Your licence is personal: one buyer, no resale, no redistribution, though you are welcome to share the free Day Zero chapter with anyone. You get 12 months of updates included. Payment and delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the seller of record. We offer a 14-day build guarantee on top of your legal rights, and nothing in these terms takes those legal rights away.

1. Who we are

Build My AI Team is operated by the business behind Build My AI Team (full company name and registered address to be published here before checkout opens) ("we", "us", "our").

You can contact us at our contact form.

Build My AI Team is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. Claude is a product of Anthropic. We teach a method for using it. That is the whole relationship.

2. What you are buying

The product is a downloadable digital pack (a zip file of documents and templates) containing a guided method for building a team of AI assistants on Claude. Depending on the edition you buy, it may include the Starter pack, the Pro pack, specialist add-on packs or a bookable 60-minute onboarding call.

Three things to be clear about before you buy:

a. It is an educational method, not a done-for-you service. The pack teaches you how to build your AI team. You do the building. Your results depend on the time and effort you put in, and on how you apply the method to your own situation. We do not promise any particular business or personal outcome.

b. Claude is separate and is not ours. To use the method you need your own Claude subscription, which you buy directly from Anthropic at your own cost. We have no control over Claude's pricing, features, availability or terms, and Anthropic can change any of those at any time. If Anthropic changes something that materially affects the method, our update promise in section 6 is designed to catch it.

c. It is digital content. Nothing physical is shipped. You download the pack after purchase.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling on the site at the time of purchase. Where we show an introductory or reduced price alongside a list price, the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, our merchant of record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your transaction: it takes your payment, issues your receipt and handles any VAT or sales tax due on the sale. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms, which are presented at checkout.

4. Delivery and the cooling-off period

Your download link is delivered by email promptly after payment, normally within minutes.

Because this is digital content, UK law (the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) gives you a 14-day cooling-off period, which you lose once the download begins with your consent. At checkout you will be asked to confirm two things: that you consent to immediate supply of the digital content, and that you acknowledge you lose your 14-day statutory right to cancel once the download starts.

That sounds strict, so here is the balance: our own 14-day build guarantee (section 8) runs after you have downloaded and used the pack, which is more generous in that specific respect than the statutory right you are waiving. The guarantee is voluntary, sits alongside your statutory rights and never replaces them. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

5. Your licence

When you buy the pack we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. In practice that means:

All intellectual property in the pack remains ours. Buying the pack does not transfer any ownership to you.

If you want a team or multi-user licence, contact us and we will sort something sensible out.

6. The update promise

Every purchase includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. Specifically: we will release a new versioned pack when Anthropic releases a major new model or makes a change that materially affects the method. When we do, you get an automatic email and you can re-download the updated pack at no extra cost.

What this promise is not: it is not a promise of updates on a fixed schedule, and it does not cover minor cosmetic changes to Claude that do not affect the method. After the 12 months, you keep everything you have downloaded, and any further update entitlement will be offered on the terms current at that time.

7. Onboarding calls

If you buy a 60-minute onboarding call, we will offer booking slots by email. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. If you miss a booked call without notice, we may treat it as used, though we will always try to be reasonable. The call is guidance and coaching on the method, not consultancy on your wider business.

8. Refunds and the 14-day build guarantee

Our refund position, including the 14-day build guarantee, is set out in full on the [Refunds and Guarantee page]. In short: work through Day Zero and your first build session within 14 days of purchase, and if you do not have a working chief of staff taking shape, tell us what happened and we will refund you in full. The guarantee is conditional on having done the work. Your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the digital content is faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, are unaffected and sit alongside it.

9. What we are responsible for (and what we are not)

We are responsible for supplying digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires.

We are not responsible for:

Where we are liable to you, our total liability in connection with your purchase is capped at the price you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Fair use of the site and product

Please do not attempt to circumvent purchase, scrape or bulk-download our content, or share download links. We may suspend update delivery to accounts we reasonably believe are redistributing the pack, after contacting you first.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add products. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in force when you buy. If we change the terms in a way that affects an ongoing entitlement (such as the update promise), we will not reduce what you have already paid for.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If something goes wrong, email us first - most things can be fixed with a conversation.
