Two things make this guarantee what it is:
It is execution-based. The one condition is that you did the work. We ask you to tell us what happened - where you got to, what you tried, where it fell down - because that is the evidence the method did not deliver for you, and because it helps us fix the method for the next person. We are not looking for an essay. A few sentences describing what you did and where it went wrong is enough.
It is not an unconditional money-back offer. If you bought the pack, never opened it and changed your mind, that is not what this guarantee covers (see section 2 for why, and see section 3 for the rights you always keep). The guarantee exists for people who gave the method a genuine go.
The guarantee applies to the Starter and Pro packs. For specialist add-on packs bought alongside a Starter or Pro pack, a successful guarantee claim on the main pack covers the add-ons bought in the same order. The onboarding call is refundable in full any time before the call takes place.
UK law gives consumers a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. For digital content there is a specific carve-out in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013: if you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the download begins, the 14-day cancellation right ends at that point.
At checkout you will be asked to give exactly that consent and acknowledgement before you can download. This is standard for digital products and it is why "I downloaded it and changed my mind" is not, on its own, a legal right to a refund.
Our build guarantee is deliberately more generous than that position in one specific way: it applies after you have downloaded and used the pack. You lose nothing by downloading. You gain a refund route that the statute does not give you, on the single condition that you did the work.
Nothing on this page reduces your legal rights. In particular, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not - for example the download is corrupted, files are missing or the pack is materially not what the site described - you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a price reduction or refund if we cannot fix it. Those rights apply regardless of the guarantee, regardless of the cooling-off position and regardless of any time limit on this page. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
If we think a claim does not meet the guarantee condition we will say so plainly and explain why, and we will still consider it on its merits. If you disagree with our decision you can reply and a human will look at it again. And whatever we decide under the guarantee, your statutory rights in section 3 still stand.
