Refunds and the 14-day build guarantee

1. If something is not working

We want every customer to get real value, benefit and satisfaction from what we sell. When something does not land, we would rather fix it than leave you holding a product you cannot use.

Tell us first. Email hello@buildmyaiteam.com with what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and screenshots if you can.

Most problems are a setting, a step or a single file, and they are fixed by email. We will work through it with you and come back to you as quickly as we can.

If we cannot get it working for you, we will refund you.

2. The 14-day build guarantee

The guarantee is execution-based. The one condition is that you did the work. We ask you to tell us where you got to, what you tried and where it stopped, because that is the evidence the method did not deliver for you, and because it tells us what to fix. A few sentences are enough.

Please also send the files you produced along the way. They are the quickest way for us to see what happened, and often they let us fix the problem rather than refund it. If you could not get far enough to produce any files, say so and tell us what stopped you. That is an answer too, and it does not count against your claim.

It is not an unconditional money-back offer. If you bought a pack, did not open it and changed your mind, that is not what the guarantee covers. Section 4 sets out the rights you keep whatever we decide.

3. What the guarantee covers

• It applies to the digital packs. Where your package includes Working Sessions, the guarantee covers the pack part of your order.
• It does not apply to the Working Sessions part, because live time and a report written for you cannot be handed back. Your cancellation rights for that part are in section 7 of the Terms of Sale.
• It runs for 14 days from the date you buy. We allow a few days after that for you to write to us about a build you completed inside the window.

4. Your legal rights

Nothing on this page reduces your legal rights.

• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a price reduction or a refund if we cannot put it right.
• Where we supply a service, it must be performed with reasonable care and skill and in line with what we told you about it.
• These rights apply regardless of the guarantee and regardless of any time limit on this page.

Your download is ready within minutes of paying, and at checkout you agree to that and acknowledge that the 14-day right to cancel ends when supply begins. That is why downloading and changing your mind is not, on its own, a right to a refund. The guarantee above is deliberately wider: it applies after you have downloaded and used the pack, on the single condition that you did the work.

5. How to claim

1. Email hello@buildmyaiteam.com from the address you bought with, and include your licence key.
2. Tell us what you worked through, what you built and where it stopped working for you, and attach the files you produced. If you could not get far enough to produce any, tell us what stopped you instead.
3. We will refund approved claims within 14 days of approval, to your original payment method.

Refunds are made by GINNY FAGAN LTD through Stripe, back to the card or account you paid with. Because we do not charge VAT, the amount you get back is the full amount you paid.

If we do not think a claim meets the guarantee condition we will say so and explain why. If you disagree, reply and a person will look at it again. Whatever we decide under the guarantee, your rights in section 4 still stand.
