1. Who we are

Build My AI Team is a trading name of GINNY FAGAN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17347847, registered office The Stamp Exchange, Westgate Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1SA, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

You can contact us at hello@buildmyaiteam.com. That is the route for everything on this page, including cancellations, refunds and guarantee claims.

We are not registered for UK VAT.

Build My AI Team is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. Claude is a product of Anthropic. We teach a method for using it.

2. Who we can sell to

We currently only sell to buyers in the United Kingdom. That applies to every package on this site.

Checkout will not accept a billing address outside the United Kingdom. If an order from outside the United Kingdom reaches us, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

3. What you are buying

The packages are described on the shop page at the time you buy. Each is built around a downloadable digital pack: a zip file of documents and templates containing a guided method for building a team of AI assistants on Claude. One package also includes two Working Sessions with a person and a written report, and section 7 applies to it.

Five things to be clear about before you buy.

a. It is an educational method, not a done-for-you service

The pack teaches you how to build your AI team. You do the building. Your results depend on the time and effort you put in and on how you apply the method to your own situation. We do not promise any particular business or personal outcome.

b. It runs on Claude, and only on Claude

The method is written for Anthropic's Claude and does not work with other AI assistants. To use it you need your own Claude subscription, which you buy directly from Anthropic at your own cost. That cost is not included in what you pay us. At the time of writing a paid Claude plan starts at around £20 a month, and Anthropic can change that at any time. We have no control over Claude's pricing, features, availability or terms.

c. Tools you connect are separate again, and may cost more

The method shows you how to connect Claude to other tools you already use, or might choose to use. Your email, your calendar, your file storage and your accounts software are the usual ones. Those tools are not ours and are not included. Most need their own account and some charge for one. Any such cost is payable by you, or by your business, directly to whoever provides that tool.

Nothing in the method requires you to buy any particular tool. We tell you what a role can do with a connection and leave the choice to you, including the choice to make none.

d. The pack is digital content

Nothing physical is shipped. You download it after purchase.

e. Where Working Sessions are included, how your report is produced

Your report is written from your Working Session using our own tools, and Adam adds a personal note before it goes to you.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling on the shop page and at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the total price. There are no delivery charges and no other charges from us. The Claude subscription at clause 3b, and any tools you choose to connect under clause 3c, are separate costs payable to whoever provides them.

No VAT is added. GINNY FAGAN LTD is not registered for UK VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is shown on your receipt. If that changes we will say so on the shop page before you buy, and it will only affect purchases made after it takes effect.

GINNY FAGAN LTD is the seller. We take payment through Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles your card details and we never see or store your full card number. Your payment will appear on your statement as BUILDMYAITEAM.COM.

Where your package includes Working Sessions, it is one purchase at one price, paid once. That price is made up of two parts, and they matter in one situation only: if you cancel your Working Sessions. Clause 7.1 gives the figures.

5. Your right to cancel

Buying online without meeting us normally gives you 14 days to change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Here is how that works for what we sell.

The pack, in every package

Your download is ready within minutes of paying. Once we have started supplying a download the 14-day right ends, provided you agreed to that first. So at checkout we ask you to tick a box, yourself, saying that you want your download straight away and that you understand the 14-day right goes with it. You cannot buy without ticking it, because we cannot deliver any other way.

We repeat what you ticked back to you word for word in your order confirmation, so you have your own record of what you agreed and when.

You are not left with nothing in its place. Our 14-day build guarantee gives you a refund route that begins after you have downloaded and used the pack, which is the opposite way round to the statutory right and, for a product like this one, more use to you.

The Working Sessions, where your package includes them

Working Sessions are a service rather than a download, and the rule above does not touch them. You keep the full 14 days to cancel the Working Sessions, unless you ask us to start sooner. Clause 7.4 sets out what happens if you do.

How to cancel

Tell us clearly that you want to cancel. Email hello@buildmyaiteam.com or write to the address in section 1. You may use the form at section 14, but any clear statement is enough. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your message before the period expires.

What you keep either way

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if what we supply is faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, are unaffected by anything in this section. They are not limited by the 14-day guarantee window or by any other time limit on this page.

6. Refunds

Where you cancel and are entitled to a refund, we will refund you by the same means you paid, within 14 days of the day we are told you want to cancel, less any amount properly due under clause 7.4 for a session already held at your request. You will not pay any fee as a result of the refund.

Our voluntary guarantee is separate and is set out on the Refunds and Guarantee page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Where your package includes Working Sessions

This section applies only to the package sold with Working Sessions. It does not apply to the download-only packages.

7.1 What it includes

The digital pack, delivered immediately. Two Working Sessions of approximately 45 minutes each with a person, held online. The first works out your plan and is followed by a written report and a set of context files you can load into your own Claude account. The second is taken later, when you have something specific you want to make work, and clause 7.11 says how long you have.

The two parts of the price. This package costs £1,095, paid once. If you cancel your Working Sessions, any refund is worked out on the basis that £695 of that price is for the pack and £400 is for the two Working Sessions. The pack in this package is the largest one we make: it carries the Operator and the Reviewer on top of everything in The Kit and Your Plan.

7.2 Booking, and what you send us first

You book whenever you like. There is nothing to complete before you can take a slot, and the slot is yours once it is booked.

When you book, we email you a short prompt to run in your own Claude account. It asks about your business and writes a file. We ask you to email that file back before your session. It is what lets the session be about your business rather than about establishing what your business is. Sending it in time is your part.

7.3 When supply of the Working Sessions begins

Supply begins when your first Working Session begins. Booking a slot does not begin it.

7.4 If you ask us to begin inside the 14 days

You may ask us to begin before your 14-day cancellation period ends. We ask for that at checkout, in a separate box from the download box, and you do not have to tick it in order to buy. If you would rather keep your full 14 days, leave it unticked and book a Working Session more than 14 days from the day you order.

If you do ask us to begin early and then cancel partway through, you must pay us a reasonable amount for what we have already supplied, in proportion to the Working Sessions part of the price. Your first Working Session, your report and your context files together account for 75 per cent of the Working Sessions price, and your second Working Session accounts for 25 per cent. We will tell you the figure before we take it, and we will refund the rest within 14 days.

If you did not ask us to begin early, you pay nothing for anything supplied in that period.

7.5 When the right to cancel the Working Sessions ends

Where you asked us to begin early, your right to cancel ends once we have fully performed. Full performance means your Working Sessions have been held and your report and all of your context files have been sent to you. Until the last of those files has been sent, we have not fully performed.

If you did not ask us to begin early, you keep the full 14 days.

7.6 Report timing

We undertake to send your report and files within 24 hours of your session finishing. That clock runs from the end of the session, not from the day you paid.

7.7 Recording

Recording and transcribing your session is required. Our privacy notice explains how that is handled and on what lawful basis. You will see that explanation before the session, not at the start of the call.

7.8 If we cannot hold your session

If we have to cancel or move your session we will offer you the next available slot or a full refund of the Working Sessions part, whichever you prefer.

7.9 If you do not attend

If you miss a booked session without telling us, we will offer you one further slot. Beyond that we may treat the session as supplied.

7.10 Your report and files

Your report and your context files are yours. We grant you an unrestricted licence to use, adapt and keep them, in your business and in your own AI account, with no time limit.

We retain copies under our retention policy. They will not be shared.

The method, the templates and the pack they are built from remain ours, as set out in section 8.

7.11 When your Working Sessions run out

Your first Working Session is available for twelve months from the day you buy. Your second is available for twelve months from the day we send you the report and context files from your first.

If the twelve months pass and you have not taken that session, it closes and everything else you bought stays yours. If life got in the way, ask once and we will move it.

8. Your licence, what you make, and updates

When you buy a pack we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. In practice:

• The licence is for one buyer. You may use the pack yourself, on your own devices, for your own purposes, personal or in your own work.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share or make the pack or any part of it available to anyone else, whether free or paid.
• You may not use the pack to create a competing product or course.
• All intellectual property in the pack remains ours. Buying it does not transfer any ownership to you.

What you make is yours. The roles, context files, documents and any other content you produce in your own Claude account using the method belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and no licence over them, and we never see them. Clause 7.10 deals separately with a report we write for you.

Updates. Every purchase includes 12 months of updates from the date you buy. During that time we may issue updated files to you at no cost.

What that looks like depends on what has changed. It might be a corrected or replaced file, a short note telling you what to do differently, revised guidance where Anthropic releases a new model or changes how Claude works, or a fix where we find an issue in the pack. We will email you to say what has changed and how to get it. After the 12 months you keep everything you have downloaded.

9. What we are responsible for, and what we are not

We are responsible for supplying digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. Where we supply a service, we are responsible for performing it with reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for:

• your results from applying the method, which depend on you;
• Claude itself, including its availability, pricing, behaviour, outputs or any changes Anthropic makes to it;
• decisions you take, or content your AI team produces, based on the method, a session or a report;
• losses that were not foreseeable to both of us when you bought.

Where we are liable to you, our total liability in connection with your purchase is limited to the price you paid for the part of your order concerned.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes our liability for failing to perform a service with reasonable care and skill, or for failing to perform it in line with information we have given you about it, under sections 49 and 50 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this section limits our liability in respect of a service to less than the price you paid for that service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud, your statutory rights as a consumer, and our liability under section 46 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if our digital content damages your device or other digital content.

10. Fair use of the site and the product

Please do not attempt to circumvent purchase, scrape or bulk-download our content, or share download links. We may suspend update delivery to accounts we reasonably believe are redistributing a pack, after contacting you first.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add products. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in force when you buy. If we change the terms in a way that affects an ongoing entitlement, such as updates, we will not reduce what you have already paid for.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

If something goes wrong, email us first. Most things can be fixed with a conversation.

14. Model cancellation form

You only need to use this form if you want to cancel. You do not have to use it - any clear statement that you are cancelling is enough. Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
